Lots of cons. No work-life balance here. Employees start work from morning 10 and there is not end, it is continued upto 1am 2am, 3am. Management is worst. Management always tries to ruin your carrier.The harrasment started as soon as anyone resign. They threatened on phone call. So please don't join there. From outside you can think what a nice environment but from inside it is worst one. They have not any proper HR policy.Actually, HR has no role here. It's easy to get a job here. But it's hard to release. And here’s another bad policy is bond signing.They pay increments every year but during increments, they try to force employees to sign bonds for 1 or 2 years.
