Pros
They are making honest efforts to improve their culture through a couple of new hires in management. I moved on before these hires were implemented, but I have heard they are an astronomical improvement. Contrary to some complaints, pay is probably above average for the area for most positions.
Kontras
Extremely toxic and emotionally draining atmosphere. There is no sense of confidentiality amongst coworkers and some management. Managers will publicly humiliate their employees with absolutely no backlash. There is an apparent “blame culture” problem, which causes employees to throw each other under the bus to avoid extreme backlash over minor mistakes or simple miscommunications. There is no job security, you could be doted on one day and dismissed the next.
