Supervisors were friendly and more willing to treat us as equals irrespective of levels and gave valuable advice. Employees were paid well (more than other industry leaders)

The processes at DRL are much slower compared to the other companies. It reduces your mental pressure, but I would value more learning experiences by involving myself in multiple projects.
