There is minimal diversity of thought at Dow - they hire direct from universities and squeeze out all of the professional diversity. If you don't have a "sponsor" you don't progress. High levels of bureaucracy - slow and difficult to get anything done. Shareholders >>>> Everything. High levels of formality - Be sure you dress the way the leaders prefer. Management is prioritized over leadership. People leaders are really project managers in disguise.
