If you are not, then you are ostracized and sidelined. People will be nice to your face and stab you in the back. Even some senior leaders have a reputation for being passive aggressive. If you are single, live in the city, and like to party, you will have many friends. If you have responsibilities and cannot stay late, you will be unlikely to fit in. As of late, a few great people have been fired in a shocking and unexpected manner. Others are beginning to wonder for their own safety. You will likely take a pay cut to work here. Anonymous feedback is incredibly hard to provide. Some including the CTO are famous for their effort and ability to decipher the source of anonymous feedback. We are beginning to suffer from the emperor has no clothes allegory.
