It's a fast paced environment - if you don't like being challenged this place is not for you.

Some work from home but not much and they are not nice about it.

Too much work and no accountability. Have to track every little thing you do on a tracker and list out how long you spent on each task. Big waste of time. Too many meeting and no time to actually do work.
