This is a smaller company where you have to find your own way to advance. Not a con for me, but could be for some who prefer a larger organization.

Doppio is genuinely concerned with its employee happiness and wellbeing, empowering employees to learn and grow.

Doppio Group provides ample freedom to create; but occasionally, when project complexities arise, clearer directive from management is required. However, management is genial and easy to contact when this occurs.
