Can be too fast paced for some

Overall I really liked the culture in this company it was one that attempted to move forward through constructive criticism or "5Y'. Personalities I got along with and I liked that it was different everyday and thus the days went quick. I loved continuously learning about the industry and different aspects of the business.

Towards the end of my employment the demands were just getting more and more ridiculous and time consuming through the sortation of engineering paperwork. Extremely tiring in the attempt to organize thousands of engineering drawings daily NOT in numerical order but in an order that accommodated the shop floor. As it had been even before the request, extremely busy and little to no time for very much, the increased demands just made it too much for only 2 people.
