There are no pros for this place

Kontras

They lie to you every chance they get. They do not care about you or your family. Managers get people hurt here not safe. Managers do not follow safety guidelines. (Do as I say not as I do) which leads to accidents because they think they are invincible.

You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

Kontras

Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
