Pros

This company gives you a book of business to call on and you are able to work from home. Time management is necessary and the territory is so large, that there can be a lot of windshield time between appointments.

Kontras

Company is changing its direction and has become executive heavy. Continued problems for company as far as reputation in the industry for having manufactured products in China continue to be a consumer complaint. Territory restructured and book of business reassigned to another manager. Company downsizing it's sales force.

Pros

Great job. Love working with animals. Benefits were good. I love the staff and clients, also the workday went fast

Kontras

My commute was brutal. I spent more than 4 hours on the road a day. It was an isolated location.

Pros

You can bring your dog to work. The original team prior to the takeover was world class. Early Fridays but I heard that was taken away. The location worked for me, very easy drive and great places to eat (but every one is always in panic mode so not much time to take lunches).

Kontras

Everyone worked independently after the company was taken over (by a private equity firm). The operations management team are not team players and in humane. They have ran most of the smaller operations people out so there is very high turnover especially with the analysts. It is a pattern. It is not a stable company.
