      - Family ran - Don't feel like a employee number - Great management/people in general - Happy working environment Due to our office being small, I feel like I am growing with the office and have great support from my manager and others if I am ever in need.

      Pros

      I’ve been in the job for about 8 months and it’s a busy environment with lots to learn. The team is down to earth and friendly and while the job always keeps you on your toes people go out of their way to support you. There are lots of opportunities to try new things and meet new people from different walks of life. One of the most encouraging things is seeing that there are lots of extra training opportunities like NVQ’s, and they’re not just available to younger staff.

      It was an intense start in the the beginning and took some time to find my feet. I’m feeling a lot more confident but there is still more to learn as I’m only early into the job
