Beyond that, the company hires smart, motivated, big-thinkers, so processes are constantly improving and results growing. The VPs are accessible for feedback and coaching, and they make changes as a result of that feedback. The infrastructure for growth is in place and now we all get to experience the rocket ship taking off.
Lastly, the product is changing the world. A lot of companies claim that their product is a gamechanger, but DocuSign is truly changing a process that hasn't evolved more than a ballpoint pen for over a millennium. As part of sales, I love how easy and translatable the value proposition is to everyone with whom you speak.
