Leadership will one day tell you that your roles is being repurposed and then a week later will with out notice lay you off without your managers knowledge, or directors knowledge. You will wake up to an email you are being terminated the same day you were supposed to meet with your new team to work on your project. There is NO value or strategy in early talent any longer. The head of Product has stated that there is no need for early talent programs, so do not expect to see any investment there. Return to office is being planned and remote options are being gutted. You are just a number and a pay band for the algorithm to decide if your time is up when lay offs happen. No manager input.
