Easy to take off work if you give at least a 2 week notice.
Kontras
They treat you like an employee even though you are a supposed to be a contractor. They do not provide any benefits. Pay is not sufficient enough. Schedule is never consistent. You ask to be full-time but there aren't enough doctors to provide actual full-time hours. Very small company, so it is difficult to find someone to cover you. A lot of gossiping throughout the company.
