Pros
The office location is in an amazing part of the city by Union Square. Most of the people that work there are very friendly when they're not miserable about their jobs. Free snacks and sodas in the office.
Kontras
The product itself is stale and in a pretty competitive market. The script they have written out is misleading, which is just sales I guess I was constantly told to "stick to the script" and "hit 100 dials". That seems a little outdated. Instead of blaming the process and realizing things needed to change, they continually put the blame on entry-level employees that they were supposed to be training to be better. Needless to say, except for the "chosen few", morale isn't great. There are better options elsewhere to develop and grow.
