Their business is built on fraud. They make money off of volume while knowing that a huge amount of their bookings result in cancellations. This is because their client attorneys misuse their appearance attorneys as free safety nets. This is not free for the appearance attorneys, who are committed to the booking (which will be cancelled, 83% of the time) and who have to further commit to not represent debtors. This costs the appearance attorneys hundreds in cancelled bookings and lost opportunities to take other bookings. I am interested in starting a class-action lawsuit against them because they should not be allowed to operate like this. I have a solid case for anyone who wants to join me.
