Good things are that you learn to value yourself because no one else does, you have (should I say had?) a work status so aren’t unemployed and apparently you get fresh fruit and not every company offers that. Also some colleagues are cool.

Delayed salary payments, constant lies to cover the truth, overtime not paid nor recognized, people treated like fools unless you’re part of the cool kids, nobody is seriously taken, the heaters do not work in winter, no AC in summer, the walls were painted with the wrong blue (too light, sad that all the effort was put into that and not in the office members).
