+ you have a very big independence in choosing your tasks or projects, + many people initiate their own project which then evolve into wider or even global projects, + no BS policy - you get feedback directly and are expected to give it same way as well, + the company is growing, so each year there are new places of opportunity.

- you have to be close to the company's Board members to get the most exciting projects, - only few people and departments are really involved in shaping the company's policies and projects - the rest won't have much impact nor learn anything compared to other companies (corpo and agiencies alike), - too much BSing about values and "creating a better world", - no career paths. Like none. - no benefits beside very strict LTIP.
