they overwork you at times with no regard from higher-ups, I'm not sure the higher-ups even know or care that their management team needs additional support and/or time off to catch their breath, there is alot of favoritism towards certain employees and it is covered up or shoved under the rug along with this, not all the rules/policies are enforced for all employees equally If you complain to try make things right, gand o against what THEY want, they get rid of you
