Poor management/ethical concerns/lack of diversity - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei DocGo: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Low pay compared to industry standards, lack of professionalism, favoritism, high turnover, no work life balance, constant gossiping, backstabbing and gaslighting by middle management (and even among other employees who eventually feed into the toxicity to get ahead). Forget about being respected if you display that you have an ounce of integrity and a moral compass. Looked elsewhere for my own psychological (and career) safety after bearing witness to questionable business practices and experiencing retaliation from top leaders after expressing my concerns
