- Huge expansion is inevitable (a company looking to expand from 800 sqft to 6000 sqft office by the end of the year, as well as triple the amount of employees)
- I hear the benefits are amazing, however does not apply to the 3-month intern.
Kontras
- Hours can be tedious, but this is a facet of any start-up working towards it's name
- Sector communication and organization could be a bit better
- Requires a lot of motivation (especially as an intern) - you get out what you make of it! It's worth it to tackle projects and ideas outside of your daily work process. Never stop brainstorming. Keep approaching people and asking questions.
