The food is great, you have a job.

As a server for Divieto you will be required to sell your wines, sell your food, enhance guests experience, at the same time be multifaceted in order to bus your own table, run your own food, and even host your own table. So the experience to guest is lesser because a server has to do everything themselves and the bussers get paid $200 less per week than you do. The worse server experienced job I've ever had

Pros

Great communication with coworkers, the environment is really comforting.

Kontras

No holidays off. This restaurant is open everyday, including holidays (ofc you might get lucky and not be scheduled).

Pros

You make good money, the managers genuinely care about the guests' experience, it's pretty easy once you get used to it

Kontras

Can be stressful, can't make a lot of mistakes (voids are very frowned upon), time off is expected to be taken in off-season for the most part
