All management has anger management issues, 0 emotional intelligence, bad communication with their employees, hypocritical attitudes, all which creates an overall stressful and hostile environment to work in. In the weekends the restaurant is very disorganized, too many customers, lack of management on the floor helping out, the bar is slow, no drink runners, very little server assistants which make you have to do everything by yourself, and last but not least, the kitchen goes nuts and starts loosing orders and taking forever to deliver food (45 mins + for an entree). They pack you you with shifts which make it hard for you to have a life. The money is not good for the ton of work you have to do.
