New employees are not really given a chance to grow. It is expected that from the start you can execute and deliver projects on time and management will not tolerate failure to deliver deliverables on time. Little assistance is also given as it is expected that you can deliver on your own. If you cannot meet deadlines starting with your first project, chances are you will get fired within 2 months.
