Managers will downplay slow seasons and your bonus could be $20,000 or $0 with little ability to make an impact. - Leadership is pretentious and unhelpful. If you’re not an old white man you will be treated like a child. TopBuild would rather give failed CEOs from other companies big bonuses than give branches the necessary resources to improve themselves. - There is no positive work culture here. HR doesn’t address hostile work environment complaints and would rather let tenured employees quit
