Pros

- An amazing team with some of the brightest people I've worked with - Good salary (when we were paid) - Fully remote

Kontras

- First 2 rounds of redundancies were done with no notice, cutting people off within hours with no acknowledgement of who was let go. - Delusional is the best word to describe their sales approach, with margins over 30% on most placements - double the industry standard. - They kept hiring people in the past 2 months, and those people were assured that the company was on the way up despite cashflow issues in the prior months. However, they have just been let go in the latest mass redundancy. - No annual pay reviews (not even for inflation), instead they promise promotions and career progression - which in my years here never occurred, despite exceptional performance.

Pros

Great team ethos and fast-paced, but very supportive environment. Challenging, but in a very enjoyable way. Plenty of encouragement for an individual to succeed and for the right person, with the right attitude, great opportunities for progression.
