I’ve been able to sustain a manageable routine without excessive after-hours demands. Compensation is decent — not groundbreaking. Don't expect bonuses as the company is underperforming and the CEO is fiscally conservative.

The CEO is dishonest, unethical, cannot communicate, and doesn't have a vision/direction. There is a complete absence of inbound lead flow, meaning outbound efforts are the sole engine for pipeline generation — which is difficult without a compelling, differentiated offering. The company struggles to articulate a clear and distinct value proposition in an already saturated custom software development market. The internal and external messaging feels generic and inconsistent.
