      Horaire flexible Café à volonté Belle cuisine et fruit tous les matins

      Ils sont toujours à rechercher des employés (grand roulement) Il y a un climat de terreur contament mené par la directrice de production Trop de chef pas assez d'indiens Travail toujours sous pression / si pas respecté sanction Climat de travail très négatif Les RH sont pitoyables Bref,ne JAMAIS aller travailler pour Distech

      Pros

      Great work culture with everyone super nice, helpful, and smart. Gave me a lot of freedom to be creative and it paid off! The leadership is always looking to push the envelope which is exciting to be a part of.
