DiscoverTec is an amazing agency to work for. I have worked in a lot of other places and have found that the quality of output is better than anywhere else and the staff is one of the best I’ve ever worked with. Because it’s an agency, it is very client oriented where the customer is King – if you don’t have that mentality, it may not be the place for you. The marketing team is very smart and they know how to figure out the most complex marketing software and excel at proving the value of their work through analytics. The .NET development team is simply the best around and the IT team are the nicest, most knowledgeable group of guys in Northeast FL. They also have a lively HR team who are always ready to stop what they are doing to help with any issue large or small. Just a great place if you’re a hard worker and believe that the customer comes first.
