Pros

Great culture, good benefits, management cares. Opportunities for growth. Always looking for ways to improve which is admirable. It is a great company!

Kontras

Not always fully staffed and sometimes it takes a while to make hires but that is not the fault of managers

Pros

Work environment and management. You will love the personal touches like a company paid plush new gym and other perks. The company focuses on making the right decisions and the senior managers are authentic.

Kontras

The compensation may not be as high as some other companies but it is still solid. If you are looking for a better work environment that is professional and balanced, you will love it.

Pros

Regular paycheck is really all I can think of.

Kontras

Bottom line: This company will be like a bad boyfriend. You'll put a lot of work into the relationship, experience some pretty childish behavior along the way, and end up dumping them in the end. Here's some highlights from my stint: Terrible working environment. I couldn't believe how unfriendly people were. The culture reminded me a lot of high school. Lots and lots of miserable people sitting around in their cubes all day trying to make you miserable too. Very little chance for advancement unless you're "in the club" and go running with the managers. If you're looking to move up in your career, don't bother with DRMS. They don't care about you. Compensation is mediocre. The bonus that was once so great, gets smaller every year. I think they even stopped giving it to new hires. Expect long working hours - they pay people for 37.5 hours of work, but expect 50+. I was regularly told to put in unpaid overtime or face the consequences. Employees were sometimes expected to pick up the tab for company stuff. For example: I once saw a VP organize a department level event. They made the company event a 'pot luck' and asked employees to bring the food. When no one signed up on the food list, lower level managers angrily went around to people's cubes and made them sign up. How crazy is that?
