Pros
The team at Directed is very hard working, the Vista location works very well together to accomplish tasks and work towards the strategic initiatives. The departments and company also take the time to get together for fun employee events like catered lunch and learns to improve knowledge throughout the company along with holiday parties throughout the year. The company is investing in better software and better engineering to help grow the business. With the recent acquisition in January, I am excited to see where the company grows! I do appreciate that the company is investing more in its employees, software, and hardware than before and trying to increase communication with new initiatives and quarterly all-employee meetings.
