This is a good ole south company that hands out corporate jobs to friends and fraternity brothers with 0 experience. The "contract" with them is soley for their protection and if anything hinders your ability to earn money by locking you in to being exclusively available to them for an 11 week period. During that time in my experience, the company's managers intentionally misrepresent case information and dates and I ended up with no work and no income for 4.5 of the 11 weeks. Not because of me or my availablity or performance, but due to their poor contract management with their clients being handled by their friends with little to no closing or retention experience.
