Refuses to promote internally, and would rather hire someone externally for higher positions, so don’t count on a promotion ever in your career there. Extremely old and outdated systems. Employees get overworked, entire teams have left without being replaced causing that pressure to fall on those left behind. Management is prepared to let the company burn dow rather than listen to the concerns or ideas of the employees. Getting rid of higher paid, senior employees, who knows how to do the job properly is cheaper because you can then hire new-grads and underpay them. Culture kind of reminds me of those bad high school movies, you are either in or out, and you don’t win on either end of it.
