Decent co-workers, when they stick around. People are generally friendly. Good systems in place.

Location is downtown, which sucks for everyone to get there. Most people only last a year before being laid off or leaving for something better. Working downtown Calgary sucks, parking sucks traffic sucks. Nice building tho. Way to many people in upper management with not enough people doing the actual work. I understand having metrics, but you can't use metrics from a call center applied to a small team. Mistakes happen I wish they used it for training instead of punishing.
