Pros
Open door policy is my favorite. You can talk to management about any issue, everyone from CEO to supervisors and they are generally speaking making things happen when we bring problems to them. Second favorite has to be fairness. At my other employer's, I have witnessed supervisors treating different people differently. For example, my co worker got a verbal warning for consistent lateness, whereas I got a written one. But Direct Tap managers are generally pretty fair. Haven't spotted anything that suggest otherwise while I was there.
