      Pros

      The owners care about their employees as people. They are understanding and nice. They try to make the work environment non stressful/boring and fun.

      Kontras

      As with most Direct Response Media buying, the job is PAINFULLY boring. Not to mention I was hired and they gave me no work to do and no training and then laid me off. Extrememly unorganized and do not balance workloads among employees.

      Fast growing company in advertising, great staff , fast paced, national company operating in all major centres

      Kontras

      High growth rate makes it challenging to staff up fats enough to serve growing client base.
