Pros
Working here as an intern will expose you to many different areas of the company. You have to work with other departments to complete projects, you are involved in company meetings, and in general you are aware of what is going on locally as well as in clinical trials. Also the sense of community at the workplace is really strong. It's a fun place to work. Bottom line, it's a great place to be if you are a young college student seeking an internship, especially if you are interested in biomedical technology.
Kontras
The only cons that I can think of arise form the fact that it is a very small company. I think the Santa Rosa facility has about 40 employees. This means there isn't too much room to advance in the company, although I have seen a few promotions there in my time.
