Pros
- Working in the accounting department here, I was still able to achieve a great work/life balance.
- Even though I worked here through a temp agency, everyone in the company was very supportive and respectful to me, especially my department.
- I appreciated that it was generally easier to work with other departments here for projects I worked on.
Kontras
- Some employees could learn to better resolve conflicts and disagreements, but this can be a common occurrence at many other companies. This is the only true con I've recognized during my stay here.
