Almost every aspect of this company is a con, from the incredibly toxic culture, to treatment of clients, debtors and employees that I found to be deeply unprofessional and uncomfortable to be associated with. But if you value your time, your mental health and your expertise, I would strongly suggest that you search for a company that values it's employees, where you can contribute positively, rather contribute to a workplace culture that, in my experience, was demoralising and at odds with my values.
