Hires great people. Feeling of passion towards the development sector

There are no objectives, no concrete targets. The India BU is probably the worst, because of bullying, toxic work culture and no direction. Senior management is oblivious to any kind of management strategy. HR does not exist. Junior team is in a different world, again oblivious to the mismanagement and their passion is the only reason why there is some work done.
