Some of the most passionate and capable coworkers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. A mission that could genuinely make a difference in healthcare. Great experience if you're early in your career and looking to build a wide skill set quickly. Opportunities to lead and take initiative, especially in fast-moving departments.

Frequent "restructuring" often results in layoffs with no notice, regardless of performance. Teams are frequently stretched thin as responsibilities increase post "restructuring" with no title or compensation changes. Poor leadership accountability; unethical behavior and poor performance get swept under the rug. HR lacks ethical standards. Severance tied to silence, with standard separation agreements used to discourage transparency and shield the company from criticism rather than address root issues.

You have an opportunity to work in the hospital with Moxi.

No growth opportunities, they will hire outside resources instead of promoting from within and their pay has been stagnant for years... promises of pay increases "soon" but never given despite good performance reviews. No transparency from the executive leadership team and decisions made on the needs of the executives, not the boots on the ground or what is best for the customers.
