Pros

Digitech Systems played a significant role in my career growth. Starting with little experience in the field, I was given the chance to learn, advance, and eventually step into a role that aligned with my professional goals. This foundation allowed me to transition into new opportunities beyond the company, and I’m truly grateful for the role Digitech played in my journey. - Supportive coworkers and a collaborative team made work enjoyable. (Teamwork) - The company’s laid-back culture fostered a positive environment. (Have Fun!) - Leadership demonstrated a willingness to take chances on employees, providing real opportunities for growth. (Hire & Develop GREAT People) - Compensation, while not exceptional, was fair for the area.

Kontras

Despite the positive aspects, there were challenges that ultimately led to my decision to leave: - When I requested a cost-of-living adjustment, I felt undervalued and dismissed by my boss. Instead of engaging in open negotiation, the interaction left me feeling like an inconvenience. This experience undermined the values of "Hiring & Developing GREAT People" and "Know the Value of Your Contribution". - Leadership didn’t consistently exhibit "Be Humble" or an openness to understanding employee concerns, which sometimes created a sense of disconnection between management and staff. - The company's strong push for Christian values (i.e. the Office Chaplain) occasionally felt exclusionary and conflicted with the principle to "Embrace Diversity." While this improved over time and became more secular, it remained a concern during my tenure. - Strategic long-term goals often felt misaligned with the realities of their market, calling into question leadership’s ability to "Consider the Future."
