      It’s a job, which is great in this economy.

      Kontras

      Executives are high on their own supply pretending that creativity wins the day, but it’s data and technology that actually close business. They need to lose their ego, they are so out of touch with the rest of the world that doesn’t get to “go to Cannes” every year.

      Pros

      Digitas is an incredible organization comprised of some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. The clients, the people, the work... all incredible and I'm grateful for my time there.

      Kontras

      Politics can sometimes get in the way of growth, but that is pretty common in the industry. The only other watch out is for folks that are considering exploring other capabilities/crafts, they may not be as receptive to that as they lead on.
