Not many! The talent partners do some great work in trying to create a high performance culture, but this is undermined by a bullying and insane chief people officer.

The exec team are disorganised and lacking in vision and strategy, no-one seems to know what is going on. The worst offender is the chief people officer who behaves completely irrationally, responding emotionally and aggressively to any kind of challenge. She undermines her team and drives people out of the business.
