Join Digital Science for absolutely zero accountability in management, where leadership is rewarded for poor behavior and poor performance. I hope they never have to work at a publicly-traded organization where they would all have been ousted years ago. Despite countless attempts to make it clear there is no product-market fit, people who push back are fired. The company tries selling you on the idea that it's mission driven and bettering mankind but it's just a facade for menacing, spineless goons in their own echo chamber.
