Pros
DK is a great place to work. Everyone is super connected and communication between departments is amazing. Everyone loves what they do, loves where they work and who they work with. Work/life balance is great although creatives do sometimes pull all nighters to get stuff done. No ego to be found as can be the case in advertising.
Kontras
Small office but very personalized and funky so not really a con. Also may be a con to some but working there you are apart of the DK family. The majority of the office does hang out outside of work (especially creative which makes up 75% of office) so if you like to keep work and personal life separated it may not be the place for you as you can feel a bit like an outsider at times as you arent in on a lot of the inside jokes.
