High stress environment, lots of responsibilities. Because the business was a startup in an already competitive industry, management was (understandably) anxious and stressed, and that trickled down into the work environment for the employees. Up sales targets made this worse; few people want to buy a $30 glass screen protector, but we were expected to sell these to a certain percentage of customers, which was unrealistic.
