- PTO and sick time are combined, you get a fair bit but it seems to me people have felt pressured to come in when they're sick to save their PTO for time off. - Takes a lot to get let go here, while that's comforting for job security, unfortunately there's some people who have gotten away with saying and doing things that wouldn't fly elsewhere. - Some people have roles where they could work from home nearly full time, but on some teams, in office work is strongly encouraged. If you prefer WFH I would ask about it in your interview with the team specifically.

The work culture is great with minimum hierarchy and open communication around company goals, projects and priorities. Cross-functional Collaboration is very constructive, leadership team is available and approachable for everyone from intern to director.
