How senior management has handled COVID-19 is a great example of just how thoughtful and intentional leadership is here. They acted quickly at the start of the pandemic, keeping our health and safety the most important guiding principle in addition to the health of the business. They have been transparent and have kept us updated throughout all of the uncertainty and have gone above and beyond to support us as employees.
