If you are a client or considering hiring this company, I strongly advise against it—the owner is extremely toxic and will overcharge you for no reason. The company lacks a positive work culture and does not value its employees. The owner does not show any regard for employee well-being, while senior management takes credit for your hard work and shifts the blame onto you for any mistakes—often leading to unfair salary deductions. You will be expected to work beyond regular hours without overtime pay or compensatory time off, including Sundays. There is no work-life balance, and joining this company could severely harm your career growth.
